Karen is Past President 2007 for her local Board of Realtors. She is also the 2007 Frank Nardo Realtor Achievement Recipient. Karen was chosen "REALTOR of the Year for 2008" for the Snohomish County Camano Association of Realtors.
Karen is a member of Washington Realtors and is currently Chair of the Professional Standards Sub-Committee. Karen was elected Vice President-Elect of Business Practices 2010 for Washington Realtors.
