Karen is Past President 2007 for the Snohomish County Camano Association of Realtors. She is also the 2007 Frank Nardo Realtor Achievement Recipient. Karen was chosen "REALTOR of the Year for 2008" for the Snohomish County Camano Association of Realtors. Karen is a member of Washington Realtors and was elected Vice President of Business Practices 2011 for Washington Realtors.
She also holds the designations of ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), SRES, (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) and is e-PRO Internet Certified by the National Association of Realtors. She is also an ACRE™ (Accredited Consultant in Real Estate).
